2017 Dwg Motorsport all started back in 2017 were we thought it would be a good idea to buy a mk1 escort and make it into a fast road car but as you can probably imagine we got a bit caried away and at the end of project created a grp4 gartrac spec race car powered by a Millington diamond series twin cam YB engine.

2020 After the successful build on the mk1 we were pinning for another project to get involved in so David got in contact with SHP Engineering who helped a lot on the Mk1 Build and got them to start our RSR MK1 Escort build

2021 With both cars now ready we took a little trip to Spa in Belgium for the first outing with both cars at the same time and boy was it an amazing few days both cars performed really well and looked spectacular on track together. After having such a good time at Spa we really had the bug and looked int some competitive racing in the UK. For the rest of 2021 we just did testing and track days to get used to the cars and iron out any issues.

2022 Start of a new season and the cars having a freshen lots of hours cleaning and preparing making sure everting is in date etc. we jointed the modified ford race series and started to get to in with both cars out competing together, it didn’t take long to realize that Jack was actually pretty good at this in fact actually really good with almost every race he entered winning or ending up on the podium in between these races Jack competed with CSCC mod sports and the slick series

2023 With 2023 being such a success the were keen to jump back in were we left of only heading off to Europe to do so Spa, Austria, Holland, and many more this time racing with a Dutch group called YTCC, a truly great atmosphere with some stunning cars and brilliant races, with the season coming to and decision need to be made about next year?
